Proceedings
Deadline of manuscripts submission : 25 April 2008 on site. Manuscripts will be uploaded from usb key or CD. Proceedings will be published in Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing within 6 months after the conference. The length of the manuscripts is limited to 6 journal pages for oral and poster presentations and to 10 journal pages for invited presentations.
Manuscripts will be reviewed during the two weeks later on the conference.
