ICES 2012 International Conference is the first edition of the International Conference on Enhanced Spectroscopy, 7 years after the first « SERS Roundtable » in successful start in 2005 at Poltersdorf (Germany) and continued in 2007, 2009 and 2011.
ICES 2012 will be held, from 3 to 5 October, in Porquerolles island (French Riviera, France), situated in the Mediterranean Sea. The IGESA conference centre is located in the village of this protected natural area, without cars and restricted … The conference centre has a wonderful view on the beach with its blue-green colour together with inviting bays, mica-schist rocks and cliffs, and the famous vineyards of “Rosé de Provence”.
ICES 2012 will be the first international conference devoted to enhanced spectroscopies to gather the main stakeholders dealing with this topic. However, in order to foster fruitful discussions and networking, the number of participants will be limited to a maximum of 100.
The conference, which will include presentations and posters, as well as a roundtable, will focus on the following key topics (recent developments in Surface Enhanced Raman Spectrosocpy- SERS, Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy, hybrid plasmonics, Surface Enhanced Fluorescence, Infrared Enhanced Spectroscopy, applications in plasmonics as analytical chemistry, photovoltaic OLED, …)
