Modélisation du transport électronique quantique dans les systèmes semi-conducteurs nano-structurés. Les systèmes étudiés sont les transistors, les cellules PV, les systèmes thermoélectriques, les photo-détecteurs, les jonctions tunnels.... Les principaux matériaux considérés sont le Si, les III-V et les matériaux 2D.

Density of states (DOS) calculated in a multi-quantum well GaAS solar cell. The InGaAs-GaAsP system is strain balanced. In the MQW the DOS of the conduction band exhibits two minibands: a thin one located deep in the well and another one in the barrier.
